Thank you for shopping with Hi+. This Return Policy applies to purchases made through hi-plus.cc.

Returns

• Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the order.
• Products must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Custom-made or personalised products cannot be returned.

How to request a return

Email support@hi-plus.cc with your order number and the product(s) you want to return. We will send the return instructions by email.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded after receipt and inspection using the original payment method.
